Civitas Ezra Fleet
What Civitas Ezra Fleet is
Civitas Ezra Fleet is an internal workspace tool run by ROYALTECH Corp. It helps our own team handle everyday office work in the Google accounts we already use: sorting and drafting email, and filing documents.
It is not offered to the public. Only accounts that we authorise can sign in to it.
Why it asks for access to Google data
When a team member connects their Google account, the tool asks for permission to:
- Gmail: read, search, organise and draft messages, send them when the account owner asks, delete messages, and manage mail settings and filters
- Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides: read, create and edit the files the team works on
- Basic profile: the account's email address and basic profile (name and picture), so the tool knows which account is connected
The tool uses this access only to do the work the account owner asks for. It does not sell the data or show ads, and shares it only with the service providers the tool runs on.
Anyone who connected an account can remove the tool's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/connections.
